Jamie C. Finn is the author of the best selling book, Foster the Family: Encouragement, Hope, and Practical Help for the Christian Foster Parent (Baker Books, 2022). Jamie is the founder and executive director of Foster the Family, a nonprofit that serves foster families and children. She is also the host of the Real Mom podcast and the founder and owner of Goods and Better. Jamie is a sought-after speaker for retreats, conferences, and events for foster and adoptive parents and the founder of Filled, the largest weekend gathering of foster and adoptive moms in the country.

At any given moment, Jamie is mother to 5+ children, including her two biological children and three children adopted through foster care, other children of whom the ages, genders, and needs change constantly. Jamie lives in New Jersey with Alan, her middle school sweetheart and husband of eighteen years.
